Made some ravioli. Photos on Flickr Making ravioli dough the old school way with egg yolks in a flour well. Roll it out with the Ravioli Roller and cut it with a fluted pastry wheel. |

What kind of filling suits your tastebuds? I prefer mushroom ragout with a veal/madera sauce............. by the way, your Dad was old school too............ Keep up the good cuisine. |

I just used ricotta, parmesan, and some herbs. I tried meat once, and couldn't cut it right. I'm gonna try it again, though. |
